Dave has been in the mortgage business since in 1989.  He found financial services to be an area of interest for him after five years as an Electronic Technician in the aerospace industry.  He enjoys contact with his customers from the beginning of mortgage planning through the ongoing relationship he maintains with them. 

 Honesty and integrity are important to Dave in keeping his public life consistent with his private life.  Both of these qualities have earned him the reputation of being a trusted advisor. 

 Dave has completed a large volume of mortgage loans for clients who have purchased, refinanced or needed to get equity out of their home.   In 2006 he started working more closely with seniors and their families to provide reverse mortgages.

His role at Guild Mortgage is to continue to be a lead advisor for all types of home loans and as a Reverse Mortgage Consultant.
